1. Refund Policy
Because we provide digital services and software solutions that begin fulfillment shortly after purchase, all sales are finalunless otherwise stated in a specific offer or contract.
However, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

If a technical error on our side resulted in a duplicate payment.

If a purchased service was never delivered and a formal request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.

If a software subscription was activated in error and reported within 3 business days of activation.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Unused time within your subscription period.

Subjective dissatisfaction when deliverables were met as outlined in the service agreement.

2. Shipping or Delivery Policy
As a provider of digital products and services, we do not ship physical goods. All software access, digital marketing deliverables, and consulting services are fulfilled electronically.
Typical delivery timelines are:

Software Access: Delivered within 24 hours of purchase or activation.

3. Return Policy and Process
Due to the nature of digital services and software, we do not accept returns for delivered services or used software subscriptions.
If you purchased a product or service in error and have not yet accessed or used any portion of the service, you may request a return review within 3 days of purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after a billing cycle has already started, the cancellation will take effect the following cycle.

No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within an active subscription period.
For one-time services or consulting packages, cancellations must be made before any work or scheduling has begun. Once onboarding or service delivery has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for refund.
